We were tasked with helping relaunch Homewood Suites Palm Beach Gardens after a major renovation process. Using precise ad targeting from geographic and demographic hotel guest data, we were able to serve engaging social content to both past and potential hotel goers. After strategic planning with management, our key messaging points aimed at showcasing brand new rooms, a renovated lobby, new amenities, pet-friendly policies, complimentary breakfast, free shuttle rides, a free grocery shopping service, and more.
With the help of LionMaus, the hotel saw an increased occupancy rate, an influx of new positive ratings on review sites, and happier guests & staff. The hotel even hit the #1 spot on TripAdvisor in the local area.
